How often do you feel stressed in life? Overwhelmed with the requests at work, home, from friends and even from people you hardly know?

Feeling anxious....

Or even feeling anxious, not sure how you are going to make it all, happen!! That immense feeling of stress & not being sure of what you are feeling at the moment anymore. However you keep going, what else could you do? You have so much on your list to complete, so keep going is the only logic thing that comes to your mind right?

Illogic thing.....

Or what about doing the most illogic thing right now? Obviously what has been done has not worked very well, correct?


Let me blow your mind with the following:

Be Still......

Yes you read that right! If you want to create any Balance in your live, it starts with creating balance within yourself first. The best way to start to create Balance within yourself is to be completely still, how do you ask? Well there are different steps but lets start with the first step first.

Lets do this......

1. Sit in a quiet place were you will not be interrupted for at least 5 minutes.

2. Sit or lay down, just make sure you feel absolutely comfortable.

3. Start to breath in through your noise, somewhat fast letting the air come all the way in ( let your belly rise)

4. Breathe out through your mouth, slowly & let all the breath come out.

5. Focus on your breathing for the next 5 minutes and that's it.

Now how does that feel? Do you feel any relieve? Do you feel calmer and more balanced? Congratulations you just completed one of my many techniques. Be proud of yourself, I am extremely proud of you.
